ARIZONA AUDIT UPDATE

NEWS FROM MY DESK TO YOURS

The Democrats are doing everything possible to stop the audit, does this surprise anyone? Filing lawsuits attacking the integrity of the audit, FYI since when is integrity ever been a part of their agenda?

THE BACK STORY IS SIMPLE – DEMOCRATS ARE CLAWING FOR THEIR LIVES AS THEY KNOW THE RESULTS OF THIS AUDIT WILL BE THEIR DEMISE! THIS IS THE DOMINO THAT WILL TUMBLE THE REST!

PHOENIX — A major political dispute over the results of last year’s presidential election in Maricopa County is developing, but, for now, the audit sponsored by the Arizona Senate will continue.

A Maricopa County judge ordered a pause after state Democrats filed a lawsuit to block the audit.

The pause would have been from 5 p.m. Friday until noon Monday, but the Arizona Democratic Party will not post the $1 million bond as requested by the judge.

In a statement, party officials said in part “the fact of the matter is that no one knows the actual cost of this sham audit and President Fann and the Cyber Ninjas have not once made this figure public.”

A brief weekend pause in the Arizona Senate’s election audit that a judge ordered on Friday won’t happen because the Arizona Democratic Party declined to put up a $1 million bond that the judge requested to cover any expenses that the Senate wrongfully incurs due to the halt.

Attorney Kory Langhofer, who represents the Senate, argued that the lawsuit should be barred by lawmakers’ legislative immunity from being served with lawsuits during the legislative session. He also argued that the Democratic Party and Gallardo lack standing to sue, and that the lawsuit violates the separation of powers between the legislative and judicial branches.

The forensic audit of over 2 million ballots from Maricopa County will continue unabated, after Arizona Democrats refused to pay a judge-ordered $1 million bond.

National File reported on Friday that Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christoper Coury said that the forensic audit of all 2.1 million 2020 ballots from the Arizona county, which started on Friday, should be temporarily halted from Friday at 5 p.m. until 12 p.m. on Monday. The order came as the result of a lawsuit from Arizona Democrats, who wanted to stop the Maricopa audit, claiming that they were various irregularities with the effort, despite the Senate ensuring a high level of transparency throughout the process.

President Trump in a statement had slammed the lawsuit, and claimed it was evidence that the Democrats “are desperate for the fraud to remain concealed from the American people. “Our country needs the truth of the scam 2020 Election to be exposed,” Trump said. “If it is not, just as if we have “no borders,” we cannot be a Great Nation. Honest elections are America’s Heart and Soul. We must never allow this to happen to our Great Country again.”

“So many people would like to thank the brave and patriotic Republican State Senators from Arizona for the incredible job they are doing in exposing the large scale Voter Fraud which took place in the 2020 Presidential Election,” Trump said in a statement released by his Save America political action committee.

He continued, “Why are the Democrats so desperate to stop this Election Fraud from being revealed? That answer is obvious! The Governor of Arizona, Doug Ducey, has been shockingly of zero help to the State Senate. He wants to ‘pretend’ the election was free and fair.”

“Honest elections are America’s Heart and Soul. We must never allow this to happen to our Great Country again. Thank you State Senators and others in Arizona for commencing this full forensic audit.” “I predict the results will be startling!”

The result of this stall tactic of the Dems, the pause over the weekend will not occur – Democrats refuse to pay the one million dollar bond to cover any expenses that the Senate wrongfully incurs due to the halt.

Roopali Desai, the Democrats’ attorney, said the party won’t put up the bond. That means the audit will continue uninterrupted.

Nonetheless, the audit will still have to comply with several other orders Coury issued during a hearing on Friday. The judge ordered the Senate and its audit team to comply with all laws governing the right to a secret ballot and the confidentiality of voter registration data. He also ordered that the auditors use only red pens on the audit floor, an issue that came up after an Arizona Republic reporter who’s working as a volunteer observer noted that the auditors were using blue pens, which could irrevocably harm ballots…
