July, 2021 – Heavy rainfall has triggered devastating flooding causing dozens of casualties in Western Europe. Parts of Scandinavia are enduring a lasting heatwave, and smoke plumes from Siberia have affected air quality across the international dateline in Alaska. The unprecedented heat in Western North America has also triggered devastating wildfires.

The following article attributes these horrific weather catastrophes to ‘Climate Change’, this is what they want us to believe. This is the brainwash of the shadow government/establishment, this is the work of the Cabal. It is their attempt to justify their plan of global genocide by forcing the people to believe that it is the natural evolution of the earth suffering from climate change.

“Whilst rapid attribution studies have shown the clear link between human-induced climate change for the unprecedented heatwave episodes recorded in the Western United States and Canada, weather patterns over the whole northern Hemisphere have shown an unusual planetary wavy patterns in this summer. This has brought unprecedented heat, droughts, cold and wet conditions in various places. The connection of this large-scale disturbance of summer season with the warming of Arctic and the heat accumulation in the ocean needs to be investigated,” said Dr Omar Baddour, head of WMO Climate Monitoring and Policy Division.

European Floods

Some parts of Western Europe received up to 2 months worth of rainfall in 2 days (14 and 15 July) on soils that were already near saturation. The top 1 meter of soil was completely saturated or well above field capacity after the intense rain in the most affected regions of Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.

In terms of the human toll, Germany and Belgium were the worst hit countries by the floods in Europe. Authorities reported at least one hundred people were killed, with many more missing as people were trapped or swept away by waters. Images of collapsed houses and landlides showed the force of the waters.

“It is a catastrophe. There are dead, missing and many are still in danger,” says Malu Dreyer, President of the German state of Rheinland Pfalz, which was one of the worst affected areas, with collapsed houses and widespread flash flooding.

Finland had its warmest June on record, according to FMI. And the heat has extended into July. Kouvola Anjala, which is in southern Finland, has seen 27 consecutive days with temperatures above 25°C. This is the longest heatwave in Finland since at least 1961.

In Lappeenranta Hiekkapakka and Porvoo Kalbådagrund temperature did not drop below 24.2°C (12 h minimum). Both readings tie the warmest night ever recorded in Finland, according to researchers at the Finnish Meteorological Institute.

The Gulf of Finland in the Baltic Sea is record-warm, up to 26.6°C on 14 July, the warmest since records began 20 years ago, according to the Finnish meteorological service.

WESTERN USA AND CANADA

Western USA and Canada has also been gripped by heat, with many records broken in the most recent heatwave last weekend in SW USA. eg Las Vegas tied its all-time record of 117°F (47.2°C), as did Utah.

Death Valley, California had reported temperature of 130°F (54.4°C) 9 July, according to the US National Weather Service in Las Vegas. WMO is ready to verify new extreme temperatures We are currently evaluating 130°F reading in Aug 2020 at Death Valley, which holds world highest temperature record.

The US National Weather Service on 16 July issued new warnings of excessive heat in Northwest Pacific which was hit by the end of June heatwave.

The megadrought conditions, very dry fuels and heatwaves are fuelling the occurrence of extreme wildfires this year in west USA, as well as western and central Canada.

Climate Change attribution

Climate change is already increasing the frequency of extreme weather events, and many single events have been shown to have been made worse by global warming.

The record-breaking heatwave in parts of the US and Canada at the end of June would have been virtually impossible without the influence of human-caused climate change, according to a rapid attribution analysis by an international team of leading climate scientists. Climate change, caused by greenhouse gas emissions, made the heatwave at least 150 times more likely to happen.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff approved the PROJECT POPEYE/OPERATION POPEYE to extend the rainy season by cloud seeding in Laos, as a means of denying the enemy vehicular lines of communication. According to intelligence sources at the time, there was a significant movement of enemy supplies and personnel through the Se Kong watershed and the peripheral mountainous areas. Vehicular traffic was a frequently used method of transportation,, but it was considerably hampered by poor road conditions caused by inclement weather. It was hoped that the cloud seeding project would cause further deterioration of the infiltration route.

Weather modification was a technology once embraced by the US military as a tool to help both wartime and peacetime missions. However, interest in the ability to modify weather waned following the end of the conflict in Vietnam and became virtually non-existent after the passage of the Environmental Modification (ENMOD) Treaty in 1977, which prohibited offensive weather modification from occurring over a large area.

With the onset of conflict in Southeast Asia, operational interest in modifying weather to support combat operations increased. The goal of such a program would be to flood supply routes used by the North Vietnamese into South Vietnam by seeding clouds in the area. Between 1949 and 1978 China Lake developed concepts, techniques, and hardware that were successfully used in hurricane abatement, fog control, and drought relief.

THE USE OF WEATHER MODIFCATION AS A TOOL OF WARFARE was very much a by-product of developments to use weather modification techniques for peacetime missions. One method that was tried, but later abandoned by the military was the use of aircraft dry ice seeding to dissipate cold fog. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, specially configured WC-130 aircraft were equipped with a dry ice crusher and dispenser. On a typical mission such aircraft would fly a seeding pattern consisting of between 5 and 30 parallel lines, each 5-6 miles long and 0.5 to 1.5 miles apart. This pattern would be flown just above the fog at a distance between 45 and 60 minutes upwind of the area where clearing was desired, with the machine generally dispensing 15 pounds of crushed dry ice per minute. The hole then, would hopefully drift over the desired area at the desired time. The return on the investment in these operations was significant. During the winter of 1969-70 for instance, fog dispersal operations in the United States via this method cost $80,000 but saved $900,000. As weather modification became discredited in the mid-1970s, however, this method was abandoned.

Let’s take a look at HAARP

HAARP is the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. According to the US Government, officially it is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency). Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. These technologies are specifically aimed at improving communications with submarines by bouncing the communications off of the upper levels of our atmosphere. According to HAARP’s website, experiments are conducted which use electromagnetic frequencies to fire pulsed, directed energy beams in order to “temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere.” HAARP was supposedly shut down in 2014 after incurring over $250 million in taxpayer funded construction and operational costs.

The HAARP Research Station is located in a sub-artic facility owned by the US Air Force near Gakona Alaska. The HAARP system uses a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency band. It is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere.

HAARP has been claimed to do many things. Some people call it a weather control device, some say it is a mind control device. It has been blamed for everything from earthquakes, and hurricanes, to the destruction of the Space Shuttle Columbia and the 1996 crash of TWA flight 800

The European Union called the project a global concern and passed a resolution calling for more information on its health and environmental risks. Despite those concerns, officials at HAARP insist the project is nothing more sinister than a radio science research facility.”

The world’s costliest weather-related disaster this year was Hurricane Ida, a Category 4 storm that cut a path of devastation from Louisiana to New York in late August and early September and caused an estimated $30 billion to $32 billion in insured damages, according to Swiss Re.

SNOW STORM IN TEXAS

The second-costliest event was the winter storm that knocked out power for millions of people in Texas in February and caused $15 billion in insured losses, Swiss Re said.

If and when it does snow in Texas, the average snowfall is 0.1 inches.

More than 30 tornadoes were reported in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois, Kentucky, and Mississippi. The main tornado that struck Kentucky traveled more than 227 miles, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear said, specifying that at least 70 people were feared dead in the state and the death toll is likely to surpass 100. “This will be, I believe, the deadliest tornado system to ever run through Kentucky,” Beshear said.
