Canadian media published a story claiming Michel Trudeau died in a “freak avalanche“ while skiing in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
The death of Michel Trudeau, on Friday the 13th, in November 1998, occurred due to a freak accident in the Canadian Rocky Mountains at a time of year when snow packs are low, and avalanches are rare. An avalanche in the month of November is an unlikely event because snowpacks have not built up sufficiently to create conditions in which avalanches naturally occur.
Evan Manners, manager of the Avalanche Centre in Revelstoke, B.C., stated, “before the Trudeau death he had never heard of an avalanche pushing someone into the water who then drowned. It’s very rare,” he told the National Post shortly after the accident.
The media stated there were five other people skiing with Michel Trudeau and not one of them issued a statement regarding the accident and their identities have never been disclosed. Why? Usually survivors of accidents like Michel’s, the names are made public. Why were their identities withheld? How much were they paid not to talk to the press, or were the press instructed not to ask? This is suspect.
Nearly ten months after the avalanche that killed Michel Trudeau, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (R.C.M.P.) sent a dive team into Kokanee Lake to search for his body, but a long winter, cold summer, and snow in the Rockies hampered search efforts.
Before beginning the search, the R.C.M.P. cautioned that it was possible young Trudeau’s body may never be found because divers could only go down to a depth of 30 meters (about 100 feet) while the lake is 91 meters (close to 300 feet) deep at its center.
The media reported, police carried out an “extensive search“, but the body of Michel Trudeau has never been found. This alone is shocking, because the spot where Michel supposedly went under water is well known, and there were no reported currents in the lake that would carry his body away🧐 As a side note, a person claiming to have been with young Trudeau on the ski trip informed CAP that “the family chose to leave the body in the lake.”
The Story Now Takes a Twisted Turn
Five months before he died in November, Michel Trudeau survived the initial attempt on his life that took place when the truck he was driving was hit broadside and rolled over several times near Portage La Prairie, in July 1998. According to witnesses, the accident was so powerful that Trudeau’s truck rolled over several times and was a complete write off. It was a miracle he survived.
This is a bizarre story kept well hidden from Canadians.
But when it came to Margaret Trudeau and her shenanigans we were well informed about the one night stand she had with Mick Jagger and her swinging partying days in New York.

When I have skied the Canadian Rocky Mountains it is common for areas to be taped or snow fenced off due to possible avalanches. This is the line they are referring to in the video. However, this precaution is only generally seen during peak ski season when snow is mounting on top of the mountains.
To reiterate, the body of Michel Trudeau was never found— in an area of still lake water. Is it possible the third son was threatening to expose a piece of information that would damage the Trudeau family? How did it come to be that Canadian media overlooked the implications of these curious details?
If one didn’t know better, one would think mainstream media have been working on behalf of the Trudeau family for the past 50 years.
